Nichole Carpenter, Regional Director

Hello, my name is Mrs. Nichole Carpenter. I have been with Primrose for over 10 years now and have a total of 16 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education field.  I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Middle Childhood Education from Wittenberg University.  Prior to joining the Primrose team, I worked as a teacher with various age groups.  I worked as the Assistant Director with The Primrose School of Reynoldsburg for 3 years and then served as the School Director for 4.  I have been married to my husband, Jake, for 9 years now, and we have 3 beautiful daughters!  We are a family who loves Disney, Christmas, board games, and playing outside!  I absolutely love Primrose and what I do, and I am so excited to continue getting to know families and staff as one of the Regional Directors!

Tara Aledia, Regional Director

Hi, my name is Tara Aledia. I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself and say hello to all of our Primrose families!

Prior to joining Primrose Schools, I earned my associate degree in early childhood education from Humber College in Toronto, Canada, and then proceeded to earn my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from York University in Toronto, Canada. I taught in early childhood classrooms for over a decade in both Canada and America – toddlers always being my specialty. I then spent 13 years of my career as an administrator of a childcare program for children birth through 12 years of age. I am a proud Mom to two incredible kids – a 12-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son. I have been married for 15 years and as a family we enjoy attending sporting events, cheering on the Buckeyes, and baking. I have been with Primrose since August 2023 and am looking forward to continuing to build relationships with all of you! Partnering with families, working with children, and collaborating with teachers, is why I began in this field so many years ago, and why I continue to love it to this day. I’m so thrilled to be a part of the Primrose family!

Amber Martin, Regional Director

Hello, my name is Amber Martin. I graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Communication and have been working in the childcare field for 15 years.  I have taught all ages Infant-Pre-K and have worked as an Assistant Director and Director.  My favorite part of working with children every day is listening to their hilarious stories and watching the joy when they learn something new!  When I am not working with children, I enjoy activities such as camping, boating and I love snuggling at home reading a book or binge watching my favorite TV shows. I am excited to join the Primrose team and look forward to meeting the children and families.

Brieanne Roman, Regional Director

Hello! My name is Brie Roman,  I earned my degree in Early Childhood Education from Marshall University. I’ve worked in the early childhood field since 2006 and have always been passionate about building strong school communities where children, families, and staff can thrive.

My husband and I are proud parents of twin toddler boys and two teenage daughters, so there’s never a dull moment at our house! In my free time, I love cheering on my daughters at volleyball and softball games and spending time with family and friends. I’m excited to continue learning and growing with Primrose while supporting schools in making a meaningful impact.

Allie Plummer, Regional Director

Hello, my name is Allie Plummer, and I have been working in childcare since 2015, where I’ve developed a deep passion for supporting young children and their families.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Early and Middle Childhood Education from The Ohio State University and later completed my Master’s degree in International Education and Globalization at the University of Bath in England. These experiences have shaped my approach to education and strengthened my belief in the importance of inclusive learning environments. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, Alex, and our children, Aliza and Alden. Reading is one of my favorite classroom activities and ways to unwind! I enjoy everything from non-fiction to sci-fi and my favorite children’s book is If You Give A Mouse A Cookie by Laura Numeroff. Stories, learning, and family are at the heart of my personal and professional life.

I can’t wait to share my knowledge and experiences with the Primrose team and families.

Melissa Cameron, Regional Director

Hi, I'm Melissa Cameron and I am a Regional Director at Primrose. I'm excited to be part of the Primrose community and to support the children, families, and educators who make each school such a special place to learn and grow.

I bring nearly 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, including 18 years as a school leader.  I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Educational Counseling, and I am deeply passionate about early learning and the lasting impact it has on children's lives.  I truly believe that the early years lay the foundation for lifelong success, and I feel honored to play a role in shaping those experiences.

Throughout my career, I have focused on building strong school cultures, supporting educators, and partnering with families to ensure children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.  I lead with a collaborative, supportive approach and believe the best outcomes happen when we work together.

I am originally from New York and moved to Ohio in 2005.  I am married to my husband, Ryan, and I have 3 sons, all grown now, as they like to remind me, along with 3 goldendoodle fur babies.  Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, shopping, traveling and cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes.

I'm proud to be part of Primrose, and look forward to continuing to support our schools as we maintain the high standards and exceptional care that Primrose is known for.
