Hello, my name is Nichole Carpenter. I graduated from Wittenberg University with my Bachelor of Arts degree in Middle Childhood Education. I have worked in the child care environment in the past as a Kindergarten Teacher, but I have also worked with children of all ages. I worked with Primrose School of Reynoldsburg as the assistant director for three years. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with my 3 beautiful daughters. I am excited to start my career with Primrose and look forward to meeting all the children and their families at the Primrose School of Reynoldsburg and watching them grow!

Hi, my name is Tara Aledia. I wanted to take a minute to introduce myself and say hello to all of our Primrose families!
Prior to joining Primrose Schools, I earned my associate degree in early childhood education from Humber College in Toronto, Canada, and then proceeded to earn my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from York University in Toronto, Canada. I taught in early childhood classrooms for over a decade in both Canada and America – toddlers always being my specialty. I then spent 13 years of my career as an administrator of a childcare program for children birth through 12 years of age. I am a proud Mom to two incredible kids – a 12-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son. I have been married for 15 years and as a family we enjoy attending sporting events, cheering on the Buckeyes, and baking. I have been with Primrose since August 2023 and am looking forward to continuing to build relationships with all of you! Partnering with families, working with children, and collaborating with teachers, is why I began in this field so many years ago, and why I continue to love it to this day. I’m so thrilled to be a part of the Primrose family!

Hello, my name is Amber Martin. I graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Communication and have been working in the childcare field for 15 years. I have taught all ages Infant-Pre-K and have worked as an Assistant Director and Director. My favorite part of working with children every day is listening to their hilarious stories and watching the joy when they learn something new! When I am not working with children, I enjoy activities such as camping, boating and I love snuggling at home reading a book or binge watching my favorite TV shows. I am excited to join the Primrose team and look forward to meeting the children and families.

Hello, my name is Robyn Mott, and I’m proud to serve as a Regional Director with N&E Learning. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from The Ohio State University and have been in the early childhood education field since 2001.
Over the years, I’ve worked as a classroom teacher, school administrator, education manager, and multi-site leader. I’m passionate about coaching educators, supporting school teams, and helping ensure children and families receive the highest quality care and education. Building strong, authentic relationships with teachers, leaders, and families is a top priority for me.
I live in Sparta, Ohio with my husband, Ian, and our two children, Owen and Rilyn. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, podcasts, watching sports (especially when my kids are playing baseball and volleyball), and cheering on the Buckeyes.

Hello! My name is Brie Roman, I earned my degree in Early Childhood Education from Marshall University. I’ve worked in the early childhood field since 2006 and have always been passionate about building strong school communities where children, families, and staff can thrive.
My husband and I are proud parents of twin toddler boys and two teenage daughters, so there’s never a dull moment at our house! In my free time, I love cheering on my daughters at volleyball and softball games and spending time with family and friends. I’m excited to continue learning and growing with Primrose while supporting schools in making a meaningful impact.

Hello, my name is Allie Plummer, and I have been working in childcare since 2015, where I’ve developed a deep passion for supporting young children and their families.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Early and Middle Childhood Education from The Ohio State University and later completed my Master’s degree in International Education and Globalization at the University of Bath in England. These experiences have shaped my approach to education and strengthened my belief in the importance of inclusive learning environments. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, Alex, and our children, Aliza and Alden. Reading is one of my favorite classroom activities and ways to unwind! I enjoy everything from non-fiction to sci-fi and my favorite children’s book is If You Give A Mouse A Cookie by Laura Numeroff. Stories, learning, and family are at the heart of my personal and professional life.
I can’t wait to share my knowledge and experiences with the Primrose team and families.
