Natosha & Ehab Eskander

Hello, we are Natosha and Ehab Eskander, founders of N&E Learning and proud Primrose Schools franchisees. Since opening our first preschool, the Primrose School at Pinnacle in December, 2009, we have seen the positive influence of the school’s top-notch teachers and curriculum on our own children, our students, and the community. Natosha believes in a strong education. It was instilled by a long lineage of a family of educators - from classroom teachers to the district superintendent.  Ehab believes in offering growth opportunities to all stakeholders - from classroom teachers to executive directors and well beyond our company.  We are truly honored to extend the Primrose experience to more children and families that live or work in the Columbus area.

As parents, we understand how difficult it can be to find a safe, nurturing and educational environment where you can leave your children while you’re away at work. When we discovered Primrose, we instantly felt the welcoming environment that we know parents are looking for. We fell in love with the curriculum, the focus on character development and the partnerships formed with parents. The school made such an impact on us that we decided to open our very own. In fact, two of our children graduated from our Private Kindergarten program at the Primrose School at Pinnacle.

The importance of education has always been stressed throughout our lives and Primrose embodies all the values that we hold dear. We have seen how a quality early education foundation has positively impacted our children and we hope to share the benefits with your family.

Hello, I am Mrs. Megan Stauffer, and I am the Vice President of Operations for N&E Learning. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I have been in a leadership position with Primrose for the last fourteen years. I was previously an Education Coach, Assistant Director, School Director, Regional Director, and most recently, Executive Director for our schools. Before that, I was a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and loved the Primrose philosophy. I now have my own little one who attends our schools. 

My role supports the schools to ensure school excellence, compliance, training, and policy. I am so happy to begin a new Primrose journey as the Vice President of Operations. 

Hello, my name is Heba Kidd, and I am the Director of Business Services for N&E Learning. I began my professional career in the IT field, where I built a strong foundation in systems, processes, and problem-solving. I later stepped away from the workforce to homeschool my two daughters, a season that strengthened my organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills in new and meaningful ways.

Four years ago, I returned to the workforce and joined N&E Learning in the billing department, where I quickly developed a deep understanding of the financial and operational needs of our schools. Over time, my role has grown, allowing me to support the organization more broadly through business operations, cross-functional support, and process improvement.

In my current role, I support N&E Learning by ensuring strong business practices, efficiency, and collaboration across our schools. I am grateful to be part of the N&E team and excited to continue contributing to its growth and success.
